"Which proverb do you prefer, Better late than never or better never than late". Yes the Week 17 email is late, but these are DEFINITELY not ordinary times. Week 17 was roadkill on the side of the road. After the NCAA College Football Playoff games Saturday night, Sunday's games were terrible and Monday was the worst. As I type this with renewed energy, I am hoping next week's games are better. I mean, there were no real close games. The Lions and Packers fighting for a last minute playoff bid blew out their opponents (Bears and Vikings). The Patriots/Dolphins was close but Skyler Thompson played for the Dolphins???? The NJ Giants clinched #6 seed and "debacled" the Indy Colts (who are whatever is worse than a dumpster fire). The only fun game was the Ravens/Stillers game, but did anyone care? (Editor's Note: It's Steelers. Even though they pronounce it as Stillers). Now onto the pool. As I was putting.....Wait ...
